A warm welcome to Jasper Wood..

About Jasper Wood

Jasper Wood is situated in Eastbourne’s historic, Grade 2 listed, Cornfield Terrace, the first terrace to be built in Eastbourne in 1850. During the year it took to complete the renovation of number 19, proprietors Christine and Christopher collected various unusual period items, including a wonderful Victorian mahogany bank counter.

One especially striking feature of the shop is the stained glass window designed by Christine and made by Ruth Fisher, a local stained glass artist. Complimenting this is a rainbow coloured ballroom light from the fifties. Comfortable seating in an eclectic mixture of styles completes the relaxed ambience and helps to make Jasper Wood a very special venue.
